Kings Wild Table Players - March 2022

Kings Wild Table Players - March 2022

This Kings Wild Table Players deck is part of 2022's Table Players series and is a numbered deck in a limited run of 800 decks in total.

The tuck itself is a light shade of pink with a neat debossed design to it. It also has a very paper feel to it, unlike the smooth, almost slick, feel of a normal tuck. It comes sealed with a golden stamp that has the deck's number printed on it as well (mine's 136 / 800). Like most of KWP's tucks though, it doesn't directly lend ideas as to what the deck itself looks like either.

The decks' back design is... interesting. A large grid of little flowers, not super becoming of a deck that's meant to be used for poker. Not the flowery part, just the design overall. It's, well, like I said. Interesting.

KWP Table Players Limited Tuck and Card Backs

The faces are fully custom though, which is pretty nice. The courts have all of the elements of the standard design, but tweaked just enough to be unique. They are, from what I can tell, unique to the Table Players series though and not this deck alone.

KWP Table Players Limited Custom Queens

The pips are also custom and the numbers are elongated, which I don't think I've seen before this deck. Normally I'd see smaller numbers or a different font, but this is a "long" font which gives it that extra uniqueness. The Ace of Spades though, now that's a solid design!

KWP Table Players Aces

The deck consists of 56 cards:

  • 52 playing cards
  • Two non-identical jokers (one's colored, the other's not)
  • A double-backer
  • An ad card featuring a fancy af KW logo

This deck is created by Kings Wild Project and designed by Jackson Robinson. It's beautifully printed by USPCC on Classic Bicycle stock with an air-cushioned finish. The deck features custom court cards, custom pips on all cards, a double-backer, and two non-identical jokers. The tuck case has a matte design and is secured with a numbered gold-stamped seal. The tuck also features a debossed printing design, rather unique in today's market.
