Bruce Lee Playing Cards
This is a commemorative deck of playing cards for Bruce Lee, known to the world as a martial artist, actor, and philosopher. These cards help shine a light on the countless volumes that he published on his way of seeing the world.
The tuck is calm. It's peaceful. It's Bruce Lee. Well, I guess he wasn't necessarily calm or peaceful -- he was quite a busy guy, and a fighter. But the tuck has his picture on it, and his name. Matte black all around, no embossing or foil, just simple. Inside the tuck is a very nice yellow line pattern, like rolling hills or clouds. Just go with the flow!
The back design of the cards is a very nice solid yellow with black artwork, specifically dragons and other accents. Their flow reminds me of a yin-yang, but not quite. It's just, nice. The design makes for a great fan, both regular thumb fan and a giant one!
The faces of the cards, well, that's a fun one. Everything's custom! The pips are custom, the courts are custom, all of it! But, each card follows the same design. They are all black backgrounds (with a white border), and in the middle of each is a quote from Bruce Lee himself. This is a deck of 52 quotes, inspirational and moving, from the martial arts legend.
